To manage your contract requests with Repsol
For certain contract request with Repsol you will have to fill out a contract application beforehand. For cards which are commercialized by Repsol, or for LPG or fuel supply, for example, we will process the data you provide us for the management of your contract request; and we will also process the data obtained from common data files related to the compliance or non-compliance of financial obligations in order to analyze the contract and to make a decision on whether to move forward or not with the application process.

To manage our relationship
We process your personal data in order to manage the relationship you may have with us, whether as a client, user or data subject in any way linked to Repsol. We will also process your data to issue the corresponding invoices and, where applicable, the debts management, as well as to answer and attend any complaints, incidents, questions or suggestions you may have.

In the event you want to contract any services with us, we will process your data to analyze your credit score by consulting the common data files related to the compliance or non-compliance of financial obligations. This consultation can be performed before or during the contractual relation.
Likewise, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the data subject is hereby informed that his/her failure to comply with financial obligations undertaken by virtue of any contracts entered into with Repsol may lead to the inclusion of her/his personal data in a public credit worthiness registers related to the compliance or non-compliance of financial obligations.

In these cases, any data subject who wishes to participate on such events will have to voluntarily register by filling out any Repsol forms. We will process your data in order to manage your participation, the prize delivery, if applicable, and the advertisements related to these activities.
Repsol will only process your personal data if it has obtained your consent. By participating in the event you provide your consent. -
To perform data cross-checking with that of other Repsol group companies for commercial purposes
When you sign up for a service and/or execute an agreement with us, you will be able to provide us your consent for additional data processing. Do not worry, we will then provide you with detailed information concerning the additional data processing purpose in order to allow you to make an informed decision. These additional purposes allow us to get to know you better and to enrich your experience with us by creating a more personalized relationship which can be adapted to your individual profile and needs. We are mainly looking for to combine all the information we know about you related to your relations with the different Repsol group companies. In order to do this, and always with your consent, your personal identification data and contact details - name, identity number and/or email address - will be shared with other Repsol group companies to determine whether you have any relation with any of them. This combined information will be used by Repsol to improve our relation with you, to create segmentations and profiles, and to send you information, by electronic or other means, and product and/or service offers related to energy solutions, transportation, mobility, automotive vehicle, insurances, finance, leisure, trips, home, sports, gastronomy, loyalty programs, payment methods and services, or telecommunications specifically customized for you.

Send you commercial notifications
In the previous section we already informed you that we may send advertisements or commercial notifications regarding different products and/or services if you provide us with your consent.

To avoid any liabilities with the Spanish Labor Authorities and to ensure the services quality of our suppliers
Repsol might process personal data of suppliers' employees submitted either by such suppliers acting as employer or by the employee him/herself. The purpose of this data processing is to ensure the supplier services ‘quality, to grant the suppliers´ employees access to Repsol group facilities, and to avoid any liabilities with the Spanish Labor Authorities as a result of provider overdrafts.

Repsol group Ethics & Compliance Channel
There is a communications channel, the "Repsol Ethics and Compliance Channel", that allows Company employees and any third party to make consultations or to communicate, possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and Crime Prevention Model, confidentially and without fear of reprisal. The channel is managed by an independent company and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone and online at ethicscompliancechannel.repsol.com.
The legal basis to process the data in this case are the Subject data’s consent - provided by means of the report form - and the Repsol’s legitimate interest in prosecuting offences on which it may be affected. -
Security at Repsol group facilities
Repsol installs video surveillance cameras to increase security in Repsol group facilities.
The lawful basis for processing is Repsol's lawful interest in preventing or investigating, where appropriate, incidents that occur at their facilities. -
Visits and events
Repsol may also process personal data resulting from its facilities visitor’s records, or from any Repsol’s event guests. Photographs may be taken for these event’s advertising; Assistants will be previously informed in case they are not interested in attending to such event as well as to allow them to exercise their rights.

Fraud management
During these past years, we have experienced a sharp increase in fuel theft at our gas stations, where drivers leaving without paying for the goods and services. As a result, we have adopted mechanisms to allow us to recover those debts. In those cases, we will process your license plates’ data by filing a claim with the aim of recovering the pending debt as well as for prevention purposes.
The legal basis is Repsol's legitimate interest in preventing future fraudulent activity in our Gas Stations. -
Training
Repsol organizes training activities not only for its employees, but also for third parties carefully chosen by Repsol due to a particular relationship. In case you are a trainee in those activities, we may process your data for purposes such as manage your participation, assess your level of satisfaction with the training received. -
Candidates
Repsol assiduously post job offers some of them posted through its candidates’ section where those interested may send us its Curriculum Vitae. If you contact us or send your data, we will process it to assess your profile and consider you for any vacancy in the Repsol group. For that purpose, we may share your information with any company of the Repsol group which holds some interest in such vacancy.

Right to rectification. You may correct or modify your data if they are inexact or incomplete, in order to ensure that we have your correct details.
